What should I do if my unit is affected by the Product Safety Upgrade Program?
You have a unit whose model number is included in the list of products affected by the Product Safety Upgrade Program?
The procedure is very easy:
- Venmar is asking owners of units covered by this program to immediately turn their unit off.
- To stop the operation of your unit with heat recovery you simply unplug it to turn it off.
- To stop your unit without heat recovery, you must put your wall control in "off" position, if necessary please refer to these instructions to find out what to do to turn it off.
