Product Recall - Safety Upgrade Program - 2007 - USA
Venmar is voluntarily and immediately implementing a Product Recall Program for certain Heat Recovery Ventilators that it manufactures. It has come to Venmar’s attention that some thermal protectors used by the supplier in the fabrication of some motors may not be effective, which may result in a potential fire hazard. This recall affected only units manufactured between October 2006 and August 2007.
This is a preventive measure that Venmar takes today to ensure that all of its customers have total peace of mind regarding their product safety.
